Added Various Voices for Message Narration

There are 7 main voices:
Female: Alena, Jane, Omazh
Male: Filipp, Zakhar, Yermil, Madirus

Also available are kind 😇 and evil 😈 tones. Voice narration works for the Russian language, and soon we will add it for other languages. Available from the Standard ⭐ level subscription onwards.

You can change the voice using the command /speech

in the chatbot @chat_ai_tg_bot
